Chalet Amelia is authentic and comfortable and also enjoys panoramic mountain views and over-looks the private gardens. This chalet was built in 1990, but has been kept modern and fresh and seamlessly merges with the newer Chalet Merles addition. Amelia comprises 176m2 of the habita-ble space and would make an ideal guest chalet.

Both chalets share a large underground garage for up to 8 vehicles. The garage also contains a spa-cious ski locker and boot room. Finally a cloakroom and laundry room also occupy the lower floor of the communal hallway.

Outside are mature and private landscaped gardens, with manicured lawn and extending to a total of 1,362 sqm.

Situation
